Testing Requirements for White Belt - Yellow Belt (9th-8th Kyu)

White to White SR.

Blocking Techniques/Uke Waza -
High/Jodan, Middle/Chudan, Double/Morote, Low/Gedan 
Striking Techniques/Tsuki Waza -
Straight Punch/Seiken Choku, Back Fist/Ura Ken, Whipping Strike/Furi Uchi, Upper Cut/Age Tsuki
Kicking Techniques/Geri Waza -
Front/Mae, Side/Yoko, Round/Mawashi
Stances/Daichi -
Musubi, Sanchin, Shiko, Zenkutsu

​Stepping Basic (Kihon Ido)
#1 Starting Position-Left Foot forward in a front stance/middle block left. Step Right-Punch/Right (face level) in front stance. Zenkutsu Daichi-Oitsuki
​Students must attend a minimum of 16 classes to be eligible testing
