Little Ninjas (Age 3-5)
Our "Little Ninja" Curriculum is to create an educational and encouraging program for our younger students while they develop basic muscle development, confidence, and self control. There is no formal testing for the "Little Ninjas" and they have the ability to earn their next rank roughly after 12 classes.

White to Yellow StripeBasic coordination and confidence building skills! Introduction to all basic movements, stances, and bag work.

Yellow to Orange StripeStronger understanding of blocking techniques: High, Middle, Low Block. Continued work on other basic movements and stances.

Orange to Green StripeStronger understanding of hand techniques techniques: Punch, Backfist, Whipping Strike, Uppercut, Continued work on other basic movements and stances.

|
Green to Blue StripeStronger understanding of kicking techniques: Front, Side, Roundhouse Kick. Continued work on other basic movements and stances.

|
|
Blue to Purple StripeStronger understanding of basic stances: Musubi, Sanchin, Shiko, Zenkutsu. Continued work on other basic movements.

|
|
Purple to Brown StripeStrong understanding of all stances, blocks, hand technics, and kicking techniques. Better understanding of Bag work.

|
|
Brown to Black StripeAbility to apply all stances, blocks, hand, and kicking technics to practical application. Ability apply techniques with movement and with Bag Work.
